The company is carrying out a vaccination campaign against meningitis, this Saturday (28), at Via Verde Shopping, with the aim of expanding vaccination coverage and reducing the risk of the disease occurring. The initiative also offers influenza vaccination.
The action will be carried out from 2pm to 10pm, expanding access for the population who are unable to seek health centers during business hours. In addition, four Primary Care Reference Units (URAPs) will be in operation on Saturday, with service from 7am to 5pm.

During the action, vaccines will be made available for children aged 3, 5 and 12 months, and adolescents aged 11 to 19, in accordance with the guidelines of the National Vaccination Calendar, in addition to making them available to parents and guardians who accompany children and adolescents during the initiative.

To receive the dose, it is necessary to present a personal document and, when available, the vaccination card. The guidance is that the population keeps the booklet updated and takes advantage of the action to strengthen protection against vaccine-preventable diseases.
