Senator Rodrigo Pacheco (PSD-MG) accompanied President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) during the federal delegation’s visit to Zona da Mata, in Minas Gerais, this Saturday (28).
The parliamentarian’s presence on the president’s agenda comes amid the PT member’s calls for Pacheco to run for the Minas Gerais government in this year’s elections.
After visiting cities affected by the heavy rains recorded in Minas Gerais in recent days, Lula made a statement to the press. On the occasion, he introduced Pacheco as a “special guest” and called the senator to “talk a little” during the agenda in the state.
