The president of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkianpromised revenge against the United States in statement released by the country’s state media this Sunday (March 1, 2026). The Iranian official stated that the attack represents “a declaration of war against Muslims”. He also said that revenge is “a legitimate right and a duty”.
