Indeed, the consistency and taste of the flesh of pili nuts make them a unique snack, but the most important reason to eat them is completely different. This product is a real treasure for the body that can support its functioning in many areas. What health benefits do pili nuts have?

First of all, what you should know is that they are considered the fattest dried fruit in the world. This does not mean, of course, that you should avoid them – you should simply eat a maximum of 30 g of them per day, which is equal to about one handful of nuts. Such a serving contains 1 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, 24 g of fat, 3 g of protein and 210 calories. Such a portion of pili nuts covers about 70% of the daily requirement for vitamin E. That’s not all.
