Paris – Four people have been sentenced to prison terms again in the appeal process surrounding the Islamist-motivated murder of teacher Samuel Paty in France. The 15-year sentence for an Islamist preacher remained, several French media reported. Three further sentences – for the father of a student and for two friends of the perpetrator – were reduced.
