We like to munch on biscuits from time to time. This time it is worth using them for a dessert that will be just like it was found on . It doesn’t come out too sweet because we don’t add any white sugar to it. Despite this, it still delights with its taste and conquers the palates of sweet lovers.
As mentioned, the main ingredient of a quick Women’s Day dessert are biscuits. Thanks to them, it comes out slightly crispy. We recommend choosing chocolate cookies or those with cocoa. There is nothing stopping you from using butter or whole grain biscuits.
We replace sugar with its better substitute, i.e. honey. The sweetness is enhanced by fruits. For Women’s Day, it’s worth trying strawberries and bananas.
What ingredients do we need to make a biscuit dessert? Here is a short list for 2 servings:
- 400 g of natural yogurt;
- 100 g of chocolate biscuits;
- 2-3 tablespoons of honey (to taste);
- fruit: 200 g of strawberries and 100 g of bananas;
- optional decoration: grated chocolate.
To make a dessert for Women’s Day, first wash the strawberries and remove the stems. We cut them into quarters and the banana into slices. Then crush the biscuits and mix the yogurt and honey in a bowl.
The next step is to arrange the dessert layers in 2 glasses: spread a thin layer of yogurt on the bottom, add crushed biscuits and cover them with half of the yogurt mixture. Then add the cookies again and arrange the fruit on them. Finally, add yogurt and sprinkle the whole thing with grated chocolate, which is a wonderful decoration.
Cover the prepared desserts with foil and cover them put them in the fridge for at least an hourso that the biscuits swell slightly and the flavors combine.
