Additionally, the jelly is a dessert that does not contain gluten or lactose, so it will be safe for people who do not tolerate these ingredients.

Most jelly recipes contain sugar. Nowadays, there is a lot of talk about limiting its consumption. Of course, a teaspoon of sugar once in a while won’t hurt us. Preparation:

  1. Start by pouring 300 ml of juice into the pot, add sweetener or sugar and heat it all over medium heat.
  2. In the meantime, mix 100 ml of juice thoroughly with potato flour to create a smooth mass. Pour the mixture into the boiling juice, stirring constantly until it begins to boil. Reduce the heat and cook for another two minutes.
  3. You can serve the jelly warm or cold. Pour it into cups. Add your favorite fruits, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. If you made jelly with apple juice, add grated apple and a pinch of cinnamon.
