Broccoli crumbled is a perfect family dinnerwhich will certainly break the spell of this not-so-favoured vegetable. The whole thing is incredibly crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Mayonnaise and numerous spices enhance the aroma of the entire dish. It will also work great as a side dish for meat or a light dinner. Broccoli is rich in vitamin C, which supports immunity and helps fight free radicals. They also contain a lot of fiber, which has a beneficial effect on the digestive system. Additionally – thanks to the presence of sulforaphane – they have anti-cancer properties and support the detoxification of the body.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g broccoli florets,
  • 120 g sera cheddar,
  • 60g majonezu,
  • 60 g of natural yogurt,
  • 60 g panko breadcrumbs,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter,
  • a teaspoon of dijon mustard,
  • a teaspoon of granulated garlic,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper,
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sweet pepper.

How to do it:

1. Place the broccoli florets in an ovenproof bowl and sprinkle with a little water. Cover them tightly with foil and put them in the microwave for 3 minutes.

2. Drain excess moisture from the broccoli, then add grated cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, natural yogurt, mustard and all spices. Mix everything and place in a lightly greased ovenproof dish.

3. Melt the butter and cool. Mix them with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle loosely on top of the broccoli and cheese.

4. Place the broccoli in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 50-60 minutes until the casserole begins to bubble.

5. Serve the crumbled broccoli warm. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Heat them in the oven or microwave.
