“During evacuations, we want to continue to focus primarily on the most vulnerable – mothers with children, minors and citizens with health problems. We are intensively coordinating the situation with partners and evaluating individual cases according to the degree of threat,” said Blanár on the Facebook social network.

Fighting in the Middle East

The United States and Israel launched coordinated air and missile strikes on Iranian military and strategic targets on Saturday (February 28). They also included the residences of the country’s leadership in Tehran. Explosions were also reported in other cities, including Kom, Isfahan and Kermanshah.

Iran responded with massive retaliatory missile and drone attacks on targets in Israel and on US military facilities in several Middle Eastern countries.

In this context, air traffic in the region was significantly restricted or stopped.
