Criminal organization crimes, device hacking, data corruption, qualified theft through fraud and money laundering are being investigated
The Federal Police (PF) launched an operation this Thursday (5) to investigate the existence of an unofficial database with information from ministers of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), which would be manipulated and sold.
Five temporary arrest warrants and four search and seizure warrants issued by the STF were executed.
One of the suspicions is that Minister Alexandre de Moraes’ data had been tampered with and sold through this scheme.
“The investigations began after the identification of an unofficial database, supplied through improper access to government systems and bases, containing personal information of STF ministers,” the PF said in a note.
Criminal organization crimes, device hacking, data corruption, qualified theft through fraud and money laundering are being investigated.
