You will need:
- 150 g oat flakes,
- 50 g of linseed,
- 3 eggs,
- 3 bananas,
- 6 dates,
- 40 g of peanut butter,
- 50 g kakao,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1 vanilla pod,
- a handful of your favorite nuts,
- coconut flakes for decoration.
Preparation:
- Soak the dates in warm water for an hour.
- Add oatmeal, linseed, bananas, whole eggs, olive oil, peanut butter, drained dates, cocoa and vanilla pod seeds to the dish. Mix everything until smooth.
- Add chopped nuts and mix thoroughly.
- Pour everything into a cake tin lined with baking paper and bake for about 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.
