Pre-candidate for the presidency of the Republic, the senator (PL-RJ) filed a threat report after a post suggested that he would suffer a stab wound, similar to what happened in 2018 to his father, former president Jair Bolsonaro.
The registration was made with the Police on Saturday morning (7). The bulletin mentions that the senator “became aware of the publication of content containing a threat to his integrity.” The publication the parliamentarian refers to was made on the social network X.
A profile responds to a message in which another profile questions “who ordered the murder” of the former president in 2018. “Who ordered it, I don’t know. But whoever wants to pay me so Flávio suffers the same…”, says the post.
The police report cites “political connotations” as a possible motivation for the threat made against Flávio on social media. According to the record, the author of the publication is 40 years old and lives in Brasília.
The pointed out this Saturday that Flávio’s pre-candidacy has consolidated itself in the opposite camp to that of the president (PT) in this year’s presidential contest. The senator is close to the PT member in the first round simulations and is technically tied in the second round, scoring 43% compared to his rival’s 46%.
