Survey by Paraná Polls shows that the governor is disapproved by 34.7% of the population
The government of Minas Gerais, (New), is approved by 61% of voters in the State, according to a survey by released this Tuesday (10.mar.2026). The percentage of miners who disapprove of Zema is 34.7%. 4.4% did not know or did not want to answer.
Paraná Pesquisas interviewed 1,350 voters from Minas Gerais in 52 municipalities, from March 4 to 7, 2026. The margin of error is 2.7 pp (percentage points). The confidence level is 95%. Here’s the of the survey (PDF – 576 kB).
When asked to classify the Zema government, which is in its 2nd term, 45.7% said it was excellent or good management. Another 25.3% said that the government is regular. And 26.6% stated that management is bad or terrible. 2.3% did not know or did not want to answer.
Low in 2022 and cannot run for a 3rd term. The senator (Republicans) leads the race for government of Minas Gerais, according to the survey.
