The (PF) delegate, responsible for investigating the 2022 coup plot case and for the indictment of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), was appointed advisor in the minister’s office, at the (Supreme Federal Court).

He also led the fake news investigation, established in 2019 by then president Dias Toffoli and opened since then, and the digital militias.

The appointment was signed by the president of the court, Edson Fachin, and published in the Official Gazette of the Union this Tuesday (10).

Shor is formally assigned, as of this date, to a “position on a minister’s advisor committee, level CJ-3”, the highest hierarchical position after that of chief of staff. This is a direct advisory role to the judge.

The delegate was even heard by the First Panel of the STF on July 21st during the process that condemned and arrested Bolsonaro, military personnel, authorities and others for attempted coup d’état. He was appointed as a witness by the defenses of Filipe Martins and Marcelo Câmara, former advisors to the Presidency.

There are also commissioned functions. These can only be completed by public servants, in any body. CJs do not require this effective bond.

Fabio Shor is gone.

In August 2024, the now licensed federal deputy (-SP) did so, as did his then colleagues in the Chamber Marcel Van Hattem (Novo-RS) and Gilberto Silva (PL-PB).

“When there was Vaza Jato here, it was said that it was a collusion between Sergio Moro and prosecutors to convict Lula. Now Alexandre de Moraes doesn’t even need to collude because he is the owner of a detachment of the Federal Police”, said Eduardo.
