Ingredients:
- 600 g boneless pork loin,
- 5 teaspoons of mustard,
- 100 g of yellow cheese,
- a piece of red pepper,
- medium pickled cucumber,
- salt, pepper (to taste),
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour,
- about 60 g of breadcrumbs,
- egg,
- a spoon of milk,
- vegetable oil (for frying).
How to do it:
1. Divide the pork loin into 5 cutlets. Break them thinly with a pestle (preferably through a plastic bag or a sheet of food foil).
2. Season the meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Spread your favorite mustard on one side. On the same side, place a stick of yellow cheese, peppers and pickled cucumber.
3. Roll the cutlets into rolls. Dip in flour, then in beaten egg mixed with milk, and finally in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat a large amount of oil in a pan. Fry the rolls until golden brown – 4-5 minutes on each side. If they brown too quickly, reduce the burner power. Place the fried rolls on a sheet of paper towel to absorb excess fat.
