The feeling of realization (to 21%). THE trust in leadership dropped to 16%, while only 15% recognized coherence between what leaders ask and what they practice, highlights .
And, in the (many) cases where the relationship with work is bad, 36% of workers only do the minimum services; 41% think about change jobs.
62% of respondents said that requirements increased; almost half believe that companies give priority to profit and not to people.
This analysis reinforces an idea: among younger people (Generation Z), gives priority to autonomy, not money. Young workers are looking for purpose, aligned ethics, meaning in being in that company, and cutting-edge technology.
The HP study also showed an important number: 85% two factors that shape the relationship with work are under the control of companies. It depends on the companies.
