You can make quick pudding cookies with 4 ingredients. Crunch with milk or coffee

Quick pudding cookies These are delicacies that practically make themselves. They will appeal not only to small but also to large sweet tooths. They are exceptionally crumbly and buttery, and the addition of pudding powder gives them delicacy and a pleasant vanilla aroma. You can prepare them in the classic version or decorate them with chocolate pieces before baking. Such cookies will disappear from your plate in no time, so you may be tempted to prepare a double portion.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 150 g of wheat flour,
  • 120 g of butter 82%,
  • 40 g of vanilla pudding powder,
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Additionally:

  • favorite jam or jam.

First, cut the butter into cubes and cool it well (e.g. by putting it in the freezer for a few minutes). Then put all the ingredients on a pastry board or countertop and chop them with a knife. Knead and knead the dough. Do this quickly so as not to heat the butter too much.

Form the dough into a flattened ball and wrap it in foil. Place in the fridge for half an hour to cool down.

After this time, remove the dough and form small balls (the dough will expand a lot, so they can be really small). Remove the tray from the oven and line it with baking paper. Place the dough balls on it. Flatten them with a fork. Then put it in the fridge and chill for an hour.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (with convection mode on). Place the baking tray with cookies and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, check if the edges are golden brown. If so, turn off the oven.

Store the cookies for several days, be sure to store them in a metal container to keep them fresh. If you want, you can serve them with your favorite jam or preserve. Take two cookies and place a small amount of the mixture between them.
