- 500 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese;
- 100 g of butter;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 20 g of vanilla pudding powder;
- 4 eggs;
- a few drops of vanilla extract (optional).
Preparation method:
- Take all the ingredients out of the fridge first to let them reach room temperature. Then we place them in the blender cup and simply blend for about 2.5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin with a diameter of about 18 cm, lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (top down).
- Before placing the cheesecake in the oven, place an ovenproof dish with water on the bottom. This will ensure that the dough has the appropriate moisture.
- Place the cake tin with the cheesecake in the oven and bake for about 65 minutes. After this time, gently open the oven door and leave the cake in for about 3-4 hours. After this time, it should cool down enough – then place it in the fridge, preferably overnight.

- 160 g of plain biscuits or spice cookies;
- 50 g butter.
