Explosions were reported from Jerusalem on Thursday after the Israeli military said Iran had fired rockets towards Israel. Iran’s military says it has targeted Israeli air bases and the headquarters of the Shin Bet secret service. Drones also damaged the airport in Kuwait, TASR writes, according to reports from AFP and al-Jazeera.

Iranian drones are attacking
The army of the Islamic Republic, in its statement published by Iranian television, announced that it attacked the Israeli airbases Palmachim and Ovda with drones, as well as the headquarters of the Shin Bet secret service.
Iran has been retaliating against Israel and countries in the Middle East since February 28, when the United States and Israel attacked the Islamic Republic.
Injuries during the conflict
The Israeli Ministry of Health says that in the past 24 hours, 179 people who were injured in the war with Iran have been taken to hospitals. There are soldiers and civilians among them, reports The Times of Israel (TOI).
The department did not say what caused the injuries to these people, according to TOI, most of them are believed to have sustained them while trying to reach the shelters.
The number of hospitalized patients is increasing
Since the start of the war with Iran, 2,745 people have been admitted to Israeli hospitals, with 85 still hospitalized and 11 of them in serious condition.
Explosions on the 13th day of the war in the Middle East were also reported from the center of Dubai. Officials there reported a “small drone incident.” No one was injured.
Support from Saudi Arabia
The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Defense announced that they intercepted and destroyed two drones in the country heading for the Shaiba oil field in the southeast of the country. Earlier, they shot down two drones, one flying to foreign embassies and the other in eastern Saudi Arabia.
Kuwait also intercepted several drones. The local media reported on a fire in a residential building in which two people were injured. Civil aviation authorities said the planes hit Kuwait International Airport. The attack caused material damage.
Calls to mitigate the situation
Authorities in Bahrain have urged people to stay at home after an Iranian attack in the country’s northeast.
Meanwhile, Israel continues its attacks on Lebanon. The army says it hit ten headquarters of the pro-Iranian militant group Hezbollah in the Lebanese capital Beirut within 30 minutes. Seven people were killed and 21 injured in the attacks, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
