Federal Supreme Court Minister André Mendonça suspended this Monday (16) access to the confidentiality of the INSS CPMEI safe room. “I determine, with immediate effect, that no one has access to the material stored in the INSS CPMI safe room relating to the equipment and documents seized from the investigated Daniel Bueno Vorcaro”, decided the minister.

Mendonça also stated that the Federal Police (PF), together with the presidency of the CPMI of the INSS, remove “all equipment that is stored in the aforementioned location to carry out a new and careful separation of the existing data” so that the content that only concerns the life of the banker Daniel Vorcaro is not shared with the CPMI.

According to the minister, the decision must be carried out urgently and publicly.
