Bernardina Brito used her Instagram account on the afternoon of Monday, June 15, to share a very vulnerable moment with her fans.
On her Instagram account, the former contestant reality shows and digital content creator showed herself watching her eight-year-old daughter Yara train, along with her eldest son, Kévim, eleven, reporting her fragility.
Bernardina Brito appeared in tears, being supported by her son, and in the description she only revealed that, in the most difficult moments, it is in her children that she finds strength.
“There are days when nothing makes sense… There are days when I just feel like giving up… But then there are them. And I will always be by your side whether at my best or at my worst. So little and you can’t even imagine how strong you are for me. I’m so blessed!”.
