Two dead in Tel Aviv after an Iranian missile attack
Two people died tonight in Ramat Gan, in the Tel Aviv district, due to an impact on their building following a barrage of missiles from Iran, the first Israelis killed by Iranian attacks in a week and bringing the total number of deaths in Israeli territory in the current war against the Persian country to 14. The Israeli emergency service Magen DAvid Adom (MDA) confirmed the death of these two people, who were found dead in the rubble of the building.
Hours later, Iran has claimed that the attack, which used missiles with cluster munitions, which disperse into multiple warheads, was retaliation for the assassination of Iranian security leader Ali Larijani and the head of the Basij militia, Gholamreza Soleimani, killed on Monday night in an Israeli attack.
