A representative of Hezbollah TV was killed in an Israeli attack in Lebanon

Israel again attacked Beirut and Al Manar TV. The head of Hezbollah’s political programs, Muhammad Sharrí, is among at least twelve victims.

Al-Manar TV of the Lebanese militant movement Hezbollah announced that its director of political programs Muhammad Sharri and his wife were killed in Israeli attacks on central Beirut on Wednesday. According to the Lebanese authorities, at least 12 victims were killed in the strikes, TASR reports based on an AFP report.

Israel carried out attacks in various parts of the central area of ​​the capital, giving advance notice of only one of them. The children and grandchildren of Sharri were also injured, and were subsequently hospitalized, al-Manár reported.

Israel also attacked the television office in the southern suburbs of Beirut on March 3, while on that day it also targeted Hezbollah’s al-Nour radio channel.

Iran-backed Hezbollah dragged Lebanon into the Middle East war when it attacked Israel in response to the killing of Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in US-Israeli strikes. Israel then began striking Lebanon.
