The appointment of a teacher from the Acre state education network was annulled after a court decision, according to a decree published on this Friday, 20th. The measure determines the revocation of the act that had guaranteed the employee’s entry into the workforce.
According to the document, the decision directly affects the appointment to the position of P2 teacher, with a workload of 30 hours, in addition to rendering the tenure and all resulting administrative acts null and void.
With this, the process returns to the legal situation prior to the decision that authorized the appointment, maintaining, however, the funds received in good faith by the employee during the period in which she held the role.

According to the decree, the measure was taken in compliance with the court order issued in a writ of mandamus, which forced the public administration to review the administrative act.
In this context, annulment reinforces the principle of legality in public administration, especially in cases involving entry into public office and binding judicial decisions.
The decree came into force on the date of its publication and will take immediate effect within the state education network.
