They promised a moment like no other, and they kept their word. The seventh round of Let’s Dance brought another huge surprise. All couples were shocked after the announcement of Adam Bardy and Janka Kovalčikova. The dancing couples experienced an unexpected twist that they had no idea about. The moderator announced to everyone that their second, prepared dance was being cancelled.
Instead, each pair chose one of four mystery envelopes. The dancing couples only got an hour to come up with and rehearse a choreography to a song chosen for them by the creators. What happened on the dance floor confirmed that this evening was truly special.
The first dance of the evening was performed by Nela Pocisková and Filip Kucman. They were given a choice from four envelopes that were in the hands of the audience. The actress randomly chose a tango for them. After getting high quickstepe, the couple ran backstage to face this new challenge. We will see how they manage to do it during the evening.
The jury had the secret envelopes for Zuzana Porubjaková and Matyáš Adamec. They dramatized the whole situation and exchanged them several times. The couple will also perform on the dance floor slowfox.
“We wanted to bring an element that would test not only the couples’ dancing skills, but also their creativity, agility and ability to handle real-time pressure. Today’s Let’s Dance will be more authentic than ever,” said the director and creative producer Pepe Majeský. “What will be created in those 60 minutes will be the pure essence of the show – emotion, improvisation and the courage to step out of the comfort zone,” he added.
The marquee thus exclusively offered viewers an exclusive behind-the-scenes look during the broadcast of the show. And really, the tension could be cut. The dancing couples had to choose their clothes and rehearse the choreography in the costume room within an hour. The celebrity dancers really showed their emotions, Nela Pocisková was no exception, who was followed by the cameras even when she went to change clothes. The popular actress had to intervene. “Don’t come near here! From there – there! I have my limits,” she defended herself with a laughing Nel behind the screen, taking care not to show anything while changing.
