Switzerland: 87-year-old drove in a student camp group – accompanying person died

Chur – An 87-year-old driver drove into a group at a student camp in Switzerland on Friday. He apparently confused the accelerator pedal with the brake pedal. A 47-year-old woman died in the accident and two 13-year-old girls were seriously injured. The Graubünden cantonal police announced this on Saturday. However, the 87-year-old man who caused the accident was not injured.
