INSS CPI cancels session after Dataprev president is hospitalized

Rodrigo Assumpção would give testimony this Monday (23rd March); there is no information about the health status and the collegiate is awaiting a certificate

The CPMI (Mixed Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry) of the INSS (National Social Security Institute) canceled this Monday’s session (23.Mar.2026) after the president of Dataprev, Rodrigo Assumpção, was hospitalized. He would be heard this afternoon.

The board awaits further information and the sending of the medical certificate. Testimony from Daniel Vorcaro’s ex-fiancee, Martha Graeff, was also expected. The influencer, who lives in Miami, was not located by CPMI.

If it is not extended, the last session of the commission will be on Thursday (26th March), when the operating period ends. The president of the collegiate, (Podemos-MG), had asked for another 60 days of work, but until then there was no sign of (União Brasil-AP) on the topic.
