Prague – Czech police have carried out a major raid over possible corruption in football. Several dozen people were temporarily arrested, a representative of the public prosecutor’s office said. Accordingly, house searches would take place at various locations and interrogations of the suspects would take place. It is about suspicion of match fixing and betting fraud. The Czech Republic’s football association FACR called an extraordinary meeting of its board.
