Iranian state media are reporting intense shelling in Tehran, including in civilian areas, and reporting that explosions were recorded in several parts of the city on Saturday night (28). Attacks were reported in the northeast, west, central and eastern regions of the city.

Iranian media reported that a civilian area in was hit by a , and emergency and humanitarian aid teams were working at the scene.
The Parchin area — a place linked to military activity — would also have been the target of attacks.
Eyewitnesses cited by Iran International reported a possible attack near Bushehr Airport.
According to Iranian media, a witness reported hearing multiple explosions near Mashhad Airport shortly after 7pm local time.
The cities of Mashhad, Kermanshah and Birjand were also under attack, according to reports.
A few hours later, the Israeli military said in a statement that it had “completed a broad wave of attacks against dozens of infrastructures belonging to the Iranian terrorist regime in Tehran.”
