The federal deputy Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) stated this Wednesday (8) that the party candidacies in Minas Gerais will reinforce senator Flávio Bolsonaro’s campaign (PL-RJ) to the presidency. The statement was made at an event to launch the pre-candidacy for the Senate of federal deputy Domingos Sávio (PL-MG), in Brasília.

“Obviously, all our applications here, Flávio, will serve you to really defeat PTbecause no one can stand Lula anymore, no one can stand the left anymore”, said Nikolas alongside the senator.

The Minas Gerais deputy preached unity on the right and minimized internal differences. “We are the same team, with different positions, but against the same enemy, and the objective is only one, that is to win, because Brazil is indeed at stake”, said Nikolas.

He also highlighted the importance of expand electoral reach in addition to the already consolidated bases. According to him, the campaign strategy should aim at voter outside militancy organized, the “people who, in the end, end up deciding this game”.

The deputy cited the margin of 50 thousand votes that separated the former president Jair Bolsonaro of the Chief Executive, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), in Minas Gerais, in 2022, as an argument for the need for every vote.

The deputy shared the content of the event on his social networks. THE public approach with Flávio occurs after the former federal deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro accuses Nikolas of putting his brother in a “spiral of silence” and merely simulating support for his candidacy.

On Monday (6), Flávio had already signaled distension when classifying Eduardo’s stance as “not intelligent”. The senator said that the moment requires putting aside the dispute over who is right. “It’s a question of our country’s survival,” he said.
