A 38-year-old died violently on Sunday evening in Sooß, Lower Austria (Baden district). Her 47-year-old husband, from whom the woman lived separately, is a suspect.
Sooß/Wiener Neustadt – After the killing of a 38-year-old on Sunday in Sooß (Baden district), the focus of the investigation is now on the man who is said to have handed over a nine-millimeter pistol to the suspected 47-year-old husband. The 45-year-old was remanded in custody on Thursday, said Birgit Borns, spokeswoman for the Wiener Neustadt regional court, in response to an APA request. According to the public prosecutor’s office, the man is being investigated for murder as a contributing perpetrator.
