Nubank will take over naming rights for the Palmeiras stadium – 04/09/2026 – Sports

The digital bank Nubank will take over the naming rights of the Palmeiras stadium, called Allianz Parque since its renovation, which transformed it into an arena opened in 2014.

The financial institution must name the location for the next eight years, in the cycle from 2026 to 2034. The information was initially released by the newspaper O Globo and confirmed by Sheet.

The agreement provides for payment of around US$10 million (R$51 million, at current prices) per year. In the previous contract, Palmeiras and WTorre, the stadium’s manager, received approximately US$5 million (R$25.5 million) annually from the insurance company.

Neither Palmeiras, WTorre nor Nubank confirm the agreement, but the announcement should take place this Friday morning (10), at an event at the stadium.

The search for a new commercial partnership was motivated by WTorre’s assessment that the values of the previous contract were out of step with the market, especially given the high movement of the space. In 2025, the stadium received more than 2 million visitors, with 33 official matches and 33 shows.
