The National Congress will receive special lighting next Tuesday (14) with the message “Holocaust Never Again”, in honor of Yom Hashoá, Holocaust Remembrance Day. The screening will take place from 6pm to 11:59pm.
The initiative is promoted by the company that has held projections at the Legislative headquarters to mark the date for almost a decade.
According to the entity, the action gains more relevance in light of what was launched by the entity, which points to a 149% increase in cases in the country.
“The projection reinforces the importance of historical memory, education and collective responsibility so that tragedies like the Holocaust are never repeated, keeping alive the memory of the more than 6 million victims of the Nazi regime and reaffirming the commitment to human rights and democratic values”, says Conib.
