Oncoclínicas will ask for Justice protection against debt maturity

A Oncoclinics announced that it will file this Monday (13) an action for preliminary injunction before the Court of Justice of São Paulo for preliminary suspension of the effects of any and all contractual clauses that impose the early maturity of debts by the company.

The company, together with its affiliates, also seeks to suspend the enforceability of all obligations related to financial instruments and institutions related to such debts, according to a relevant fact sent to Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM).

“The precautionary measure will aim to provide a more organized and stable administrative and financial environment for the company, allowing it to conduct mediation and negotiation with its creditors without interrupting its activities or changing the ordinary conduct of its business, despite the current challenging macroeconomic and sectoral scenario”, he stated.

Oncoclínicas said it remains operating normally and “remains committed to maintaining positive conversations with its creditors with a view to reaching an agreement that is beneficial to all its investors”.
