TORONTO – Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney’s party has secured a majority in the Canadian Parliament with two by-election victories. Carney’s Liberals won two of the three seats up for grabs on Monday. The party won the most seats in the election a year ago, but narrowly missed an absolute majority.
