Ana Paula Renault cried a lot at the BBB 26 X-Ray, this Monday (20). Hours after discovering the death of her father, Gerardo Renault (1929-2026), the sister thanked the public for their support for becoming a finalist on the program and said that her stay in the game made it possible for her to “not die” with him.
“I don’t really know what’s going on. In fact, I’m forcing myself and not wanting to understand, even because I spent these 99 days blocking my thoughts with everything I was experiencing out there, because I know exactly what I had left there. Very sensitive and difficult”, began the journalist in her outburst.
Ana Paula recalled the moment she was advised by Gerardo to join the reality show. “When I received the invitation, I went and he said that I had a mission, that I had to come here to pursue my professional fulfillment, to pursue my retirement. He gave me a mission and, thanks to you, I’m here,” he said.
Finally, the journalist commented that she imagined she would not be able to do so without her father’s support. “Because of you, I didn’t die together. Because anyone who has even the slightest acquaintance with me knows that, coming to that moment, I would die together. That there would be no condition or solution for me anymore, because my life is him, it always has been and I’ve always made a point of it being like that”, he concluded.
