A Russian air strike in the early hours of Thursday (23) caused a series of fires in an apartment building in the city of Dnipro, in southeastern Ukraine, injuring seven people, including two children, the regional governor said.

The region’s governor, Oleksandr Ganzha, confirmed in a statement released on Thursday morning that seven people were injured in the . He also reported via Telegram that five people were being treated in a hospital, including girls aged nine and 14.
In the Samara region of Russia, one person died and several were injured after a hit in Novokuibyshevsk, according to Vyacheslav Fedorishchev, the region’s governor.
Drone debris also hit a residential building in Samara, injuring civilians, Fedorishchev added.
