Liliana Aguiar used her Instagram account this Thursday morning, April 23, to share an outburst about her intimate life.
The businesswoman, who currently lives with her family in Bali, explained that she is in a new phase of her life and that she will face it with all due respect.
“First month of many in which my period didn’t come. A sign that I’m entering a new phase – pre-menopause. And no, I’m not going to fight it. I’m going to learn to respect my body. I’m going to take care of myself with more intention. Sleep better. Eat better. Reduce stress. Give myself time. Listen to myself more”he started by writing in Stories on his Instagram account.
Confident, Liliana Aguiar also guaranteed: “For years I took care of everything and everyone. Now it’s my turn too. Because this phase is not the end of anything. It’s just a new version of me starting”realized.
Moments later, already in her page’s feed, the businesswoman decided to expand a little more, especially because she had a very special moment with her children.
“Today I experienced one of those moments that can’t be explained… you feel it. Lying on the couch, with a strange body, a restless mind… realizing that perhaps I’m entering a new phase of life. My period didn’t come, the symptoms aren’t easy, and I confess that I wasn’t prepared. But in the middle of it all, something happened that touched me deeply: my children came to me… and began to pray”shared.
Moved by the beautiful gesture of Salvador and Santiago, aged 9 and 7 respectively, Liliana Aguiar admitted to having felt “such great strength” and also “an inexplicable peace”.
“It is in these moments that we realize the true power of prayer. The power of God in our lives, in our home, in our children. Therefore, if there is something I can share today it is this: put God in your children’s lives. Teach, show, live. Because transformation is real. And when we least expect it… they are the ones who sustain us”realized.
