Menlo Park – The Facebook company Meta is resorting to extensive job cuts amidst significant investments in artificial intelligence. Around ten percent of the workforce will be laid off on May 20, Meta told employees in an internal email. In addition, around 6,000 currently vacant positions will not be filled.
