The head of the São Paulo Executive gave a speech in an electoral tone during the opening of a space at Agrishow
The governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), called this Monday (27) the senator and pre-candidate for Planalto, Flavio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), from “next president of the Republic”. The statement was made during the official opening of the São Paulo government space at Agrishowprincipal agribusiness fair of the country, in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of the state.
“I was remembering today, in 2022, I entered this fair on horseback with the [ex-]President Jair Bolsonaro. This is a privilege that no one will take away from me. It is kept in our memory, in our hearts. It is a privilege to be visiting this fair today with your 01-year-old son,” he declared.
The head of the São Paulo Executive said that the presence of the senator at the fair is a way to “honor” Bolsonaro. “I’m sure that you will greatly honor, Flávio, your father’s legacy. You will make a big difference. You are heading in the right direction. And, you will have an army. This army that is here is yours and will make a difference”, he stated.
Tarcísio said that “a new perspective is being born” in reference to Flávio’s pre-candidacy. The Chief Executive said he was “certain that October’s result will be exceptional” and that there will be a new management in Planalto.
The governor still praised Bolsonaro’s government and said he was grateful to the former president. Tarcísio stated that the reserve captain made a “bold gesture” by staffing the ministries with “technicians”. According to him, the same was implemented during his management at the Palácio dos Bandeirantes.
Flávio criticizes Lula, makes promises to agriculture and praises Tarcísio
The senator also spoke at the São Paulo government event. In his speech, Flávio criticized the administration of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), made promises to the agricultural sector and praised Tarcísio.
The parliamentarian said that the Lula government is worried em and in persecuting political opponents. Flávio also mentioned again the “mission” which, according to him, he received from his father. “Everyone knows that it wasn’t me who had to be here, but the [ex-]President Jair Bolsonaro”, he stated.
The pre-candidate promised to strengthen the sector. “I want to commit to all the agendas brought here [no evento]. From 2027 onwards, agriculture will be even more valued. You will not have a government [os] persecuting, but will give you a hand”, he declared.
Regarding Tarcísio, Flávio stated that “there would be no one better in São Paulo” to “walk” alongside. The senator further stated that the governor of São Paulo has “full capacity to be president”.
