The president of the BRB (Bank of Brasília), received the president of the TCDF (Federal District Audit Court), Manoel de Andrade, for lunch this Tuesday (28) and asked the court of accounts for understanding.
Souza spoke with Andrade at BRB headquarters. The bank president said he is trying to resolve it and spoke of the importance of the court’s support at this time.
The president of the TCDF told Sheet that the counselors will follow the law, but are also committed to helping BRB in any way possible.
“He asked for the court’s understanding. Here we all have a lot of responsibility. The DF Court of Auditors will act in accordance with the law”, he says. “We need to protect the bank from this financial situation and also from demoralization.”
The TCDF currently has ten cases directly or indirectly related to the BRB. The main one, the frustrated attempt to purchase Banco Master, from Daniel Vorcaro, is reported by counselor Anilcéia Machado.
