Beijing – At least 21 people have been killed in an explosion at a fireworks factory in central China. 61 others were injured, state news agency Xinhua reported. The accident occurred on Monday afternoon in the city of Liuyang in Hunan Province. The city is considered China’s fireworks stronghold, and many manufacturers have their factories there.
