MP Council allows megashows to be held on Avenida Paulista

New understanding increases permission from three to five major events per year on Avenida Paulista

O Superior Council of the Public Ministry of São Paulo (CSMP) approved this Tuesday (12), by six votes to five, agreement that releases a carrying out up to two megashows free per year on Avenida Paulista. The information is from the portal g1.

The council’s decision approves agreement signed in February between São Paulo city hall and the MP for review the Conduct Adjustment Term (TAC). Since 2007, major events in Paulista have been limited to three per year: LGBTQIAP+ Parade, São Silvestre Race and the New Year’s Eve party.

With the new understanding, from 2027, a city ​​hall will be able to promote shows in each half of the year.
