Nor can he hold positions of responsibility in other clubs, nor be active as a player, referee, coach or technician at the time of being declared a candidate.
Another requirement is to present a guarantee of 187 million euros, which is equivalent to fifteen percent of the club’s annual budget, which must be supported by personal assets.
