Members of the Federal Police were the target this Thursday of the new phase of Operation Compliance Zero, which targets suspected crimes involving Banco Master, owned by Daniel Vorcaro. Henrique Vorcaro, the banker’s father, was also arrested in the action. The investigation investigates crimes of intimidation, coercion, obtaining confidential information and hacking into computer devices. A corporation agent was detained and a deputy was the subject of a search and seizure warrant. Both were removed from office.
In total, the PF carried out seven preventive arrest warrants and 17 search and seizure warrants in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais. The orders were issued by Federal Supreme Court minister André Mendonça, rapporteur of the Master case at the Court.
The sixth phase of Compliance Zero targets members of the so-called “Class”, a group coordinated by Vorcaro to intimidate and monitor enemies and access confidential information from ongoing processes. Henrique Vorcaro was arrested today in Nova Lima (MG) and taken to the PF Superintendence, in Minas Gerais.
According to investigations, Vorcaro’s father worked together with businessman Luiz Phillipi Mourão, nicknamed “Sicário”, who was responsible for operationalizing the actions of the “Class”.
The investigations indicate that the group carried out surveillance and data collection activities on individuals who threatened the interests of Vorcaro and the Master.
In a message intercepted by the PF, Vorcaro tells Mourão to “shake up” a chef linked to a former employee. “The good thing is to shake the chef first. The other one will scare you”, he says, in the message.

In another, Vorcaro asks Mourão to “grind” a person who would be threatening him: “Employee Monique threatening me. Is it soft? You have to grind this slut.” Mourão then asks: “What is there to do?” He responds: “Address everything”.
Sicário was one of the targets of a preventive arrest warrant in Operation Compliance Zero launched in March — the same one that also arrested the banker. He, however, tried to kill himself in a cell at the PF superintendency in Minas Gerais and died a few days later as a result of his injuries.
