The suspicion is that resources linked to were used to finance expenses of the former deputy (PL-SP) in the United States, where he has lived since February 2025.
These resources would have been, in the USA, by a company called Entre Investimentos e Participações. The objective was to fund the film “Dark Horse” (which means “underdog”), which deals with the life of the former president (PL).
There is a suspicion that this fund is suspected of being controlled by Eduardo’s allies. The PF’s investigative line was initially published on the website and confirmed by Sheet.
The PF intends to understand whether the resources — which would have been sent at the request of the owner — were, in fact, used to finance the film or whether part of this money was used to pay for Eduardo’s life in the country.

On Wednesday (13), the website revealed that the PL pre-candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, Flávio Bolsonaro, asked Vorcaro for money to finance the film Dark Horse. Flávio and Eduardo are sons of former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL).
The former banker even paid R$61 million for the production that deals with the former president’s life, and an audio from September 2025 shows the PL senator demanding more resources from the former banker.
The senator confirmed that he had asked the former banker for money for the film, but denied having received or offered any advantages.
“We need to separate the innocent from the criminals. In our case, what happened was a son seeking private sponsorship for a private film about his own father’s story. Zero public money,” said Flávio. In the statement, he said that he met Vorcaro in December 2024, “when the Bolsonaro government had already ended and when there were no accusations or public suspicions about the banker.”
“Contact is resumed when there is a delay in the payment of the sponsorship installments necessary to complete the film. I did not offer advantages in return. I did not promote private meetings outside the agenda. I did not mediate business with the government. I did not receive money or any advantage”, added Flávio, also saying that he is in favor of Master’s CPI.
However, the former banker’s funding for the project, as well as the executive producer and former federal deputy Mário Frias.
Eduardo went to the USA last year. He is a defendant before the STF (Supreme Federal Court) in an action accused of the crime of coercion during the ongoing process.
The indictment says he sought sanctions against Brazil and Brazilian authorities with the aim of disrupting the progress of Jair Bolsonaro’s trial for the coup plot.
The complaint from the (Attorney General’s Office) was presented on September 21, after Bolsonaro’s conviction in the coup plot case. The document cites Eduardo’s public statements, interviews and posts in which he explains his role in imposing sanctions. In November 2025, the First Panel unanimously accepted the complaint.
Last year, Eduardo called the accusation false and said that the Attorney General of the Republic, Paulo Gonet, is “a lackey of [Alexandre de] Moraes”. The defense also argues that there was no violence or serious threat in the episode.
