Vienna – In Austria, after the hantavirus outbreak on an Atlantic cruise, a second of three low-risk contact persons reported to the authorities in this country was found. The person has no symptoms, but, like the first person reached, “was informed about the recommended measures and is cooperative,” the Ministry of Health said in response to an APA request. The risk of actual infection is considered to be extremely low.
