Betting for the draw to celebrate 30 years of Mega-Sena begins this Sunday (17). The deadline for individual bets for the special contest 3010 are until 10pm on May 23rdBrasília time.
For those who prefer to participate in Mega-Sena 30 Years prize pools, shares can be purchased until 10am on May 24th, a Sunday, the date of the draw.
Caixa Econômica Federal clarifies that all special draws and lotteries have an exclusive sales period, as in the case of Mega-Sena 30 years. For this reason, the betting calendar is reorganized.
“This is not about suspension [das apostas]”, explained Caixa to Agência Brasil.
How to bet
Those interested do not need to wait until Sunday to bet on the special 30th anniversary edition of Mega-Sena. Predictions can now be made at lottery offices across the country, via the Loterias Caixa website, the Loterias Caixa app, available to users of Android and iOS platforms, and via Internet Banking Caixa, an exclusive channel for public bank account holders.
The value of the simple bet, with six tens, is R$6.
Caixa clarifies that the contest does not accumulate if there are no winners in the main draw, as occurs in other special draws, example of the editions of Mega da Virada, Dupla de Easter, Quina de São João and Lotofácil da Independência.
If no one matches the six numbers drawn, the prize will be redistributed among those who guess correctly in the second bracket.matching five numbers. If there are still no winners, it moves to the third bracket and so on, according to the rules of the sport.
Awards
Caixa estimates that the prize for the Mega-Sena special draw could reach R$200 million.
If just one bettor achieves the estimated millionaire value alone and fully invests the prize in savings, the return on the investment in the first month would be approximately R$1.34 million, considering the current profitability parameters of this investment, calculates the financial institution.
