The federal deputy (-RJ) asked the Federal Supreme Court (STF) to include the senator (-RJ) and former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL) in the inquiry investigating the action of former deputy Eduardo Bolsonaro so that foreign authorities can put pressure on the court.
Eduardo is a defendant in this case, which is reported by Minister Alexandre de Moraes, and should be tried for coercion by the end of the year. The accusation is that he helped the Donald Trump government try to prevent the trial of the coup plot.
According to Lindbergh, Flávio worked to raise funds from the banker, controller of , which could have been used to keep Eduardo in the USA, where he has lived in self-exile since last year.

For the PT parliamentarian, “it is essential to follow the money to identify who received it, who intermediated it, where the amounts were sent and whether these resources were used in Eduardo Bolsonaro’s international campaign for sanctions, visa restrictions, diplomatic pressure and tariffs against Brazil.”
The deputy calls for the sharing of evidence from the investigations, preservation of messages, contracts, audios, receipts and metadata, investigation of possible money laundering, irregular political financing and coercion in the process, in addition to the evaluation of measures such as blocking of assets, prohibition of leaving the country and seizure of Flávio’s passport.
