According to the latest, published this Saturday (16), Renan appears with 2%, behind Romeu Zema (Novo) and Ronaldo Caiado (PSD), with 3% each. President Lula (PT) and Flávio Bolsonaro (PL) registered, respectively, 38% and 35%.
“Renan’s campaign took on great and rapid projection. We have many brilliant minds [trabalhando]and we need to organize”, said Amanda, who will have her first experience as a campaign coordinator.
“While I was a candidate, I ran a very organized campaign. I knew, off the top of my head, how many people were working on the street, what the amount was in the account. I deal with this organizational part very well,” said the councilor.
Renan’s team is expecting Flávio to fall in the next polls, after messages from the son of Jair Bolsonaro (PL) surfaced asking for money from Daniel Vorcaro, from Banco Master.
“Renan should continue focusing on a campaign with regional agendas, for example, visiting and showing the daily life of a city that was dominated by organized crime”, stated Amanda.
The councilor wishes to run for the Senate through Mission, however, União has not approved her disaffiliation. At 38, Amanda is one of the few MBL leaders today who is old enough to run for the Senate — the minimum age of which is 35 years old.
